Rosebery School is an Academy and our Multi Academy Trust, GLF Schools, is the Admissions Authority, with Surrey Admissions acting as the coordinating body for this area. Please use the link above to find up to date information about our school's admission arrangements and details on how to apply, either as part of the normal intake, or during the school year.
National Offer Day is 3 March 2025. Secondary placement outcomes will be notified to parents/carers direct by Surrey CC’s Admissions team; those offered a secondary school place must ensure that they accept or decline as per Surrey CC’s instructions within the deadline set (17 March 2025). Rosebery School will write to parents/carers of those offered a place in Year 7 to start in September 2025 on 21 March 2025.
Our Published Admissions Number (PAN) for Years 7-11 is 240.

Admission of children outside their normal age group
If you would like your child to be educated outside their normal age group, the admission authority for the school will consider your request based on your child's circumstances and what is in your child's best interests. When submitting an admission application, you must state clearly why you feel admission to a different year group is in your child's best interests and, if you wish, provide evidence to support this. In Year Admissions
Admissions mid academic year for any year group will be dealt with in accordance with our Admission Arrangements Policy. Applications for an In Year school place must be made via Surrey Local Authority at https://www.surreycc.gov.uk/schools-and-learning/schools/admissions/in-year.
